"Painting is easy... Yeah right! You know I’ve heard that so much over the last 20 years but in fact paint technology has come on in leaps and bounds in the last 10 years. Gone are the days were you buy some paint cans or grab the old paint you had out in the garage and just chuck it on and hope for the best. With code practices, eco-conservation and the banning of chemicals, paint has changed so much. Just keeping up with it all is a full time job! Simple things like the way paint dries, curing time on paint, different products for different surfaces and the right undercoats /sealers.

Application methods have changed as the coating systems have advanced. While some products are still applied by brush and roll, now days a lot of coatings are applied by spraying and not just one type of spray application - we now have 3-4 methods of spray or multi spray applications.

We here at ACS make a point of keeping up with all new coatings and techniques, and having the latest equipment to apply the new coatings , so much so that we have other paint companies come to us to replicate coatings and techniques, because we have the know-how and equipment to do the job."
